Terms and conditions for the giveaway

  1. Eligibility
    • The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and above with a valid Instagram account.
    • Employees of Go Fashion (India) Limited, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
  2. Giveway Period
    • The giveaway will end on 31st March. Entries submitted after the giveaway period will not be considered.
  3. How to Participate
    • Follow @GoColors on Instagram.
    • The participants will style in an outfit featuring Go Colors pants and post a photo showcasing their unique look.
    • Tag @GoColors and use #SnapYourTrend in the post caption.
  4. Prizes
    • 1 winner every week will each have a chance to win Rs.10,000/- worth hamper.
  5. Winner Selection
    • Winners will be chosen randomly from eligible entries that meet all participation requirements.
    • The announcement of winners will be made via @GoColors Instagram page.
  6. Claiming Prizes
    • Winners must respond to the announcement or direct message within 24 hours to claim their prize.
    • If the winner fails to respond within the stipulated time, another winner will be selected.
    • Products included in the hamper are not eligible for exchange or return. Go Colors will not be liable for any damages to the products and items within the hamper.
  7. General Conditions
    • Participants can make as many entries but will only have a chance to win once.
    • By participating, you agree to allow Go Fashion (India) Limited to use your name, username and submitted content for promotional purposes.
    • Go Fashion (India) Limited reserves the right to disqualify entries deemed inappropriate or non-compliant with the terms and the decision of the company shall be final.

    • Go Fashion (India) Limited is not responsible for technical issues, errors, or unauthorized access affecting participation or prize delivery.
  9. Changes to the Giveaway
    • Go Fashion (India) Limited reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
  10. Jurisdiction
    • This giveaway shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu India.
