Our offer policies on the site broadly covers three types; Flat discounts, Discount coupons & Gift Vouchers. Each of these are explained below for customers’ understanding.

Flat discount: 

Go Colors might run time to time some flat discounts on products. Such products will be sold at the discount percentage mentioned. 

For all such purchases in case of any refund or exchange the value of the goods will be at the amount paid by the customer post discount and not the MRP of the said purchase. 

Exchange of such products will be limited to a similar product of the same value or if the customer wishes to buy a product at a higher value then the difference amount must be paid by the customer.      

Gift Vouchers & Discount Coupons:

Go Colors issues two types of vouchers – Either a gift voucher of a certain value or a discount coupon. Both may be conditional or unconditional which will have the details mentioned at the time of issuance. 

Gift Voucher: 

The Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed on any other website or sales medium they can be redeemed only on GoColors.com or our exclusive outlets depending on the terms and conditions that are given along with the Gift Voucher. 

The value of the gift voucher is as mentioned on the Gift Voucher.

The Gift Vouchers can be redeemed only once, irrespective of the channel of redemption.  

Maximum of one voucher can be redeemed against a single order.

If the order value exceeds the value of the Gift voucher, the excess amount will have to be paid in cash or by using Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking.

If the bill amount is less than the value of the gift voucher, the balance amount cannot be encashed.  

Photocopies of Gift Vouchers will not be entertained.

The bearer of the voucher is responsible for the Gift Voucher, and no replacement shall be given in the event of loss.

The Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, cheque or any other monetary item.

Once expired, revalidation/extension of original validity period (as prescribed) will be at the sole discretion of Go Fashion India Ltd. 

Go Fashion India Ltd. has the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, withdraw, change alter or modify the terms and conditions of this Gift Voucher at its sole discretion at any time during its validity with or without previous notifications and without assigning any reason.

Discount Coupon: 

Discount coupons issued by Go Fashion (India) Limited, can be conditional, as in applicable subject to a certain value of purchase and above. Or unconditional. The details of which will be published along with the issuance of the same. 

Discount coupons are either issued in physical form as vouchers or can be electronically sent as SMS or email.   

The bearer of the voucher is responsible for it, and no replacement shall be given in the event of loss.

The Discount Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, cheque or any other monetary item.

Once expired, revalidation/extension of original validity period (as prescribed) will be at the sole discretion of Go Fashion (India) Limited.

The Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India only. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion/Gift Voucher/Terms & Conditions shall be decided by arbitration conducted in English at Chennai by a sole arbitrator who will be assigned by Go Fashion (India) Limited, The parties shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.
