Grievance Redressal

Our endeavour is to ensure that you are satisfied with our range of products and  services that we provide. But in the event that you are unhappy with our products or service you can write to us on or call us on toll free 1800-123-9953.   

Once a customer files a complaint via email or telephonic communication on the channels specified, the consumer will receive an acknowledgment of the grievance from the Grievance Officer, within 48 (forty-eight) hours.

Each customer who has filed a complaint with the Grievance Officer will be provided a unique ticket ID for tracking the status of their complaint.

Grievance Officer will undertake best endeavours to redress and close the grievances of the customer expeditiously within 14 days from receipt of complaint.  

A grievance will be considered as disposed-of and closed in any of the following instances:

  1. Where the customer has communicated its acceptance of the response of the Grievance Officer / any other person associated with the company
  2. When there is no response from customer beyond a period of 30 days from date of reply from the Grievance Officer or any Company official  
  3. When the resolution provided by Go Fashion (India) Limited has been agreed to, or hasn’t been disagreed to by the customer with in a time frame of 14 days 

In the unlikely event that your issue remains unresolved despite escalating to our Grievance Officer and lapse of time frame provided by the Grievance Officer for resolving the same, You can reach out to our Nodal Officer, who will respond within 7 (seven) business days.
